Claudia Romberg is Managing Director of Monozukuri Consulting GmbH and your contact person for general enquiries, organisational issues and for the development of specific consultancy concepts, the creation of training programmes, and for questions regarding the development of (support) organisations.
Claudia Romberg (1970) gained her Magister degree in the History of Japanese Thought at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. She spent several more years as a learner and teacher at Japanese and Dutch universities and as the full-time administrator of the German East-Asiatic Society (OAG), Tokyo, where she was in charge of a huge variety of events, projects and publications. She went on to work for Japanese companies in areas including marketing and the automotive industry.
In the last 10 years Claudia Romberg has worked as a consultant, trainer and coach for more than 40 companies, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in different sectors (automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, measurement and control engineering and others) and countries (D, NL, B, A, J). In terms of content she has specialised in the Toyota Production System, gives trainings on specific TPS methods, and develops customised training programmes for her clients. Her specific training focus is on the question of how far cultural contexts influence a business's performance system, and how business processes can be coordinated and sustainably improved when working internationally.
